• StudioGoat LLC does not make any guarantees or assurances that design direction or project feedback provided through Consulting Services will align with design direction or project feedback provided by professors and studio critics.  StudioGoat LLC bears no responsibility for any negative outcomes associated with such discrepancies of opinion or academic debate. 

• StudioGoat LLC does not guarantee that the use of Consulting Services will result in improved academic performance as measured by grades, awards, accolades, scholarships, etc.  

• StudioGoat LLC provides broad career coaching & visioning services for entry-level designers.  The use of these services does not guarantee that employment will be secured.  Similarly, StudioGoat LLC offers general advice pertaining to working in early-career positions within the AEC industry, which may conflict with the advice of others, including supervisors & employers.  StudioGoat bears no responsibility for any negative outcomes associated with these recommendations.

• StudioGoat LLC automatically logs meeting notes for record-keeping & documentation purposes. These are available to users upon request.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.  Sessions cancelled or rescheduled after this time will not be eligible for refunds.  Clients who are tardy to or do not show up for their appointment will not be eligible for a refund.  To cancel or reschedule, follow the appropriate links in your Acuity session confirmation emails.  We understand that emergencies happen.
